The dreadful thoughts of having to go back to work while everyone else is still busy making rounds of raya visit seems less vivid now.

Actually, its pretty cool to drive to work without having to go through hell traffic.

Arrived in KL at about 11ish yesternight, my first time driving back alone. Listened to Bebel Gilberto along the way, soothing really. Went home...wow. Home. Thats a big word for a free bird like me. Anyways, went home straight to his place. He was concerned over my safety being alone at my new house.

My boyfriend's cat Ah-girl woke me up for subuh. The round fluffy thing licked me all over. Luv woke up, i dont know how he managed to, considering its hols. But he did, cheerfully saying 'good morning sweetheart', cuddled and gave a few kisses.....to Ah-girl.

Tummy was still stuffed from last night's laksa, and from the distant i could smell his tokmak's cooking. Rendang!

The three of us then had a quiet breakfast eating ketupat palas and rendang tokmak with tokmak.

Raya's great. It felt much more meaningful this year around. I didnt get to see pelita with my best friend Ira as we normally would. That and making noises early raya morning, but somehow her absence was replaced with other wonderful new presence in life; Ammar and him. I have to say, this is the best raya after so many years. May i say, complete?

But i suppose this is what i want, eventhough i know i'm going to miss someone like a child misses her blanket. This is what i want, i keep telling myself that. I want someone to treat me kind, make me laugh and keep me happy. I want to be happy. And indeed, i am.

I learnt that my best friend, Sara is now happily pregnant; 5 months! Thats how long i've not hugged her. Radiant and beautiful, she looked. I wish her an eternity of love and happiness,as always.

Received tons of messages and calls wishing salam syawal. Thank you! I hope i did reply everyone. First raya call was from Naufal all the way from Canary Wharf, as early as 5.30am.

I will update more but right now i need to resume with my regular duty calls.
