Oh What A Day Is Today

Kitty pictures never fail to pick me up. I was feeling a bit under the weather last weekend. A minor headache and a bit of nausea. Felt very uncomfortable and sore all over.

Rainy days entering our life practically every hour now. It’s really good to just snuggle up, enjoying the rain and do nothing.

Happy rainy Monday, everyone :)

Have you seen Jordy's card yet? He's doing well and I feel totally happy for him.

And why is it that I always have trouble uploading pictures to my blog from a mac?

Jordy, The One Eyed Superhero

Which is more vain? Me or my cat, Chet?

Click on image to view it large and see what she's doing.

I'm so in love with my two cats. They're beautiful, clever and witty, not to mention camwhores. I love it when they give me the 'nose-kiss', the i-love-you-mommy blinking eyes, face-sniff me and to see their tail twitching for excitement when I'm back from work is just awesome.

The other day MN showed me a blog of a surviving cat named Jordy who is a cancer survivor. Jordy belongs to a photographer, Craig Shillington
who is also a fellow Flickrian. Jordy is one strong soul and so brave. One picture of him playing with a tennis ball (see below) just makes me think of how positive and lively this cat is despite the pain and suffering he's going through.

I wanted to write more on Jordy but whenever I picture the baby in my head my heart weakens and my eyes gets a little teary.

Please, please, please have a look on the blog. Just follow this link to see the progress of this one-eyed superhero. There's also a fund set-up by Craig to help raise money for Jordy's operation.

MN, me and our cats (Chet, Tot, Che' Tom, Momok, Bubu, Abe and Sooree) are going to make a sweet lovely card for Jordy and send it over with lots of hugs and kisses.

We are praying for Jordy to get well soon! We hope so much for better news.
