Yesterday was one of my bad day where everything went hay-wire. Was stuck with work until late evening. I knew it was going to be another crazy day without lunch again and yep, i was right. Had a hard time dealing with my client who is so clueless about everything. He wanted things to be done his way and neglect other important aspects.
Client: I just want it to look attractive and nice.
Me: Yes, i know sir but using internet photos for the banner is definitely not nice (gave him lengthy explanation)
Client: Its okay. Just use the photos i gave you.
Me: But..but..
Client: I just want it to look attractive and nice.
The cherry on top of my cake was the designer from China i had to work with - he doesnt speak any English. I had trouble listening, understanding and explaining! Moments like this are just way damn complicated. Oh well, if you cross the ocean, you gotta face 'em fishes so i see this more as a challenge. After work, rushing off to meet a friend in bangi for a quick catch up before heading back home. Luckily, i got Bo with me so i can transport myself from hell back to heaven easily. As i was reaching for house keys inside my newly bought bag ( :P ), i was greeted by two happy faces at the door. My nephews were waiting for me to play cards together.
I'm going for an event at the PICC tomorrow with my future boss; oh did i tell you that i went for an interview today? Twas a fun fun. Alhamdullilah, it went smoothly and i'm on for a second interview next thursday. There's, insya Allah, a big possibility that they are going to pick me. Its the kind of job opportunity i've been waiting for awhile. They are very supportive with my photography and freelance work. The best thing is perhaps that i can sense a fun and friendly environment within the company which is really important if i'm looking for a permanent job. Oh well, at least i like Daniel. Praying hard to get through the second round though!
Now if you would excuse me, I need to get back to my java chips and catch up with my friend.
